Mushroom Manchurian with sauce


Mushroom Manchurian is an Indian Chinese vegetable food  that deep-fried mushroom dish that's preferred as a treat as well as side meal. Mushroom Manchurian is prepared in 2 stages. The mushrooms are initially deep fried in a batter of flour (maida) and also cornflour. In the 2nd phase, the deep deep-fried mushrooms are sauteed with chopped onion, ginger, capsicum and also garlic in soy, tomato and chili sauce. Mushroom Manchurian can be worked as a starter or snack.

Active ingredients

- 2 tablespoon. Refined flour
- 250 gram fresh Mushrooms
- 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
- Half tsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. Canola Oil
- Salt to taste
- 6 tablespoon. water
- 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste 1 green chili, finely cut
- 1 small onion, carefully cut
- 2 tbsp. Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoon. spring onions, finely cut
- 1 1/2 tsp. soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoon. Tomato catsup
- Salt to taste

Just How to Make Mushroom Manchurian with grav

- Wash and clean mushrooms. Cut them into small items.
- Mix maida, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, half a tsp soy sauce, salt & water in a dish. Mix and also make a tool thick batter. Dip mushrooms items in prepared batter and layer them with it.

- Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry mushrooms over tool warm till they transform light gold brownish. Take them out from oil and also drainpipe excess oil.
- Warm 2 tablespoons oil in a wok. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped environment-friendly chilli and also diced onion. Saute on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Include soy sauce, tomato catsup, chilli sauce, salt, fried mushroom and spring onion. Mix well and also offer hot.
