Manchurian is an Indian
Chinese vegetable food that deep-fried

1 small onion, carefully cut

2 tbsp. Canola Oil

2 tablespoon. spring onions, finely cut

1 1/2 tsp. soya sauce

1/2 tbsp. chilli sauce
-
2 tablespoon. Tomato catsup

Salt to taste
Just How to
Make Mushroom Manchurian with grav

Wash and clean mushrooms. Cut them into small items.

Mix maida, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, half a tsp soy sauce, salt &
water in a dish. Mix and also make a tool thick batter. Dip mushrooms items in
prepared batter and layer them with it.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry mushrooms over tool warm till they transform light
gold brownish. Take them out from oil and also drainpipe excess oil.

Warm 2 tablespoons oil in a wok. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped
environment-friendly chilli and also diced onion. Saute on high flame for 1-2
minutes.
